As Compliance Manager, Joni assists with maintaining the firm’s compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to joining Goodman Financial’s team of Houston financial advisors, Joni worked at DRDA, PLLC as the Financial Administrator where she worked in the Controller capacity. Additionally, Joni worked at El Paso Electric Company as the Principal Regulatory Accountant and Financial Accountant.
