Current Role and Professional Background:

As the Employee Engagement & Administrative Coordinator, Bonita is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction along with overseeing the day-to-day operations of HR functions. Bonita also supports all GFC team members and performs a variety of administrative tasks that are key to the firm’s back office operations.
